Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of portfolio or relationship management experience in commercial banking or equipment finance.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite quality and portfolio administration for assigned portfolio, collaborating with Team Leader and Regional Credit Officer.
• Analyze year-end and interim financial statements using spreading software and assess risk rating.
• Prepare credit approval documents and present underwriting findings.
• Assess primary credit risks and mitigation factors.
• Evaluate cash flow, leverage, and key ratios; discuss modifications as needed.
• Communicate underwriting analyses concisely to stakeholders and manage delinquencies/portfolio reviews.
