Job summary

Huntington is seeking an Equipment Finance Sales Coordinator III in Minnetonka, MN to coordinate with customers and Sales Representatives, ensuring proper documentation and timely closings.

The role drafts, negotiates, and reviews documents with in-house and outside counsel, escalating as needed to credit, legal, or leadership for complex deals. Office-based with potential flexible arrangements and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years financial services experience in aircraft, large ticket, and capital markets.
• 3+ years loan documentation experience.
• Legal experience preferred; JD or Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drafts, revises and negotiates documentation with in-house and outside counsel.
• Determines when to elevate to credit, legal, asset management or senior leadership.
• Drafts landlord waivers, collateral access agreements, subordination agreements and no-interest letters.
• Advises on documentation for transactions with Rail, Aircraft, Large Corporate, Syndications and Middle Market.
• Analyzes transactions including pricing, deal structure, collateral evaluation, credit and tax components.
• May supervise staff and handle day-to-day training.
• Other duties as assigned.
