Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent preferred.
• One year of loan documentation experience required.
• Proficient typing and MS Office skills.
• Strong analytical, math, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary client service and adhere to PCE standards.
• Ensure SLAs for internal and external clients are met.
• Prioritize reviews to meet stakeholder expectations.
• Review documentation for accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Resolve deficiencies and secure manager sign-offs on exceptions.
• Ensure timely UCC filings and proper lien perfection.
• Complete due diligence including KYB, CDD/BO, OFAC checks and UCC searches.
• Verify funding and client payment instructions; update systems accordingly.
• Enter and verify contract data; transfer and code records accurately.
• Follow up post-book to clear issues and close files.
• Review amendment and rewrite documents for signatures and accounting submission.
• Lead process-improvement initiatives to close control gaps.
• Continuously strive to meet client needs in a fast-paced setting.
