Job summary

GE HealthCare seeks a detail-oriented professional to prepare equipment lease and loan documentation, audit tasks, and support deal origination. You will own communication between Risk, Sales, Customers and Vendors, acting as the customer advocate and primary point of contact.

Your role includes ensuring compliant processing, gathering required documents, and guiding closing activities while coordinating with internal teams and external counsel to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience with a financial institution, customer service or contract management with exposure to loan/lease documents.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication; able to document, plan, and execute programs.

Responsibilities

• Drive transactions to closure by meeting documentation and process requirements.
• Organize and ensure compliance of critical information for each customer deal.
• Determine closing requirements and obtain satisfactory supporting documentation.
• Monitor closing process and resolve issues balancing risk and business needs.
• Generate customer documents via internal systems and ensure secure storage.
