• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or related field; preferred specialized financial analysis training.
• Minimum two years related experience as an Associate Credit Analyst or equivalent in a financial institution.
• Knowledge of commercial lending, loan review regulations and banking operations.
• Ability to analyze financial statements and distill conclusions.
• Strong communication across bank platforms and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of discounted cash flow techniques and financial modeling.

• Perform credit investigations and analyze loan-related information.
• Break down balance sheet and income statements; compare to prior periods.
• Prepare reports on borrowers' financial condition and repayment capacity.
• Prepare projections of income, expenses and net worth for credit reports.
• Value collateral, review appraisals and assess coverage.
• Assign risk ratings and monitor borrower credit quality quarterly.
• Assist loan officers with information gathering for analysis.
• Prepare reports on problem assets for the Criticized Asset Committee.
• Participate in projects or tasks for Credit Administration and ensure policy adherence.
