Job summary

MasTec Renewables is seeking a senior role focused on financial governance and billing integrity for Equipment Support. You will drive cost allocation accuracy, enhance data reliability, and lead KPI-driven initiatives across projects, including travel to field sites as needed.

You will oversee ERP-based data quality, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage month-end processes to ensure proper insurance allocation and equipment spend reporting.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred and/or combination of education and experience.
• Five+ years relevant experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (lookups, pivots, data cleaning) and the ability to navigate ERP and Telematics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce standards for billing accuracy, accrual precision, and cost-coding compliance against Equipment Support KPIs.
• Provide strategic direction to the Equipment Support team, ensuring consistent execution across all projects and maintaining a high standard of service to field operations.
• Lead initiatives to improve data reliability within the ERP system.
• Partner cross functional departments or vendors to optimize Equipment processes.
• Oversee the month-end rental accrual process and insurance allocation, ensuring all equipment is accurately captured and allocated properly.
• Own and support equipment utilization and spend reporting.
