Job summary

MasTec Renewables seeks a senior financial governance lead to drive billing integrity and accurate cost allocation across equipment operations. You will guide the Equipment Support team, optimize ERP data reliability, and monitor KPIs affecting project cost and execution.

With 5+ years in finance leadership, you will collaborate across departments, manage talent, and oversee risk controls while supporting remote work and travel to projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce standards for billing accuracy, accrual precision, and cost-coding compliance with Equipment Support KPIs.
• Provide strategic direction to Equipment Support, ensuring consistent project execution and high service levels to field operations.
• Lead initiatives to improve data reliability within the ERP system.
• Partner with cross-functional departments or vendors to optimize Equipment processes.
• Oversee month-end rental accrual process and insurance allocation for accurate capture and allocation.
