Job summary

AMSURG, a national leader in ambulatory surgery centers, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple projects within the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO). You will collaborate with functional groups across the organization and report to senior management.

Remote First role with flexible schedules; you will define scope, manage budgets, risk, timelines, and stakeholder expectations, and drive continuous improvement through postmortems and standardized practices while mentoring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• PMI certification (CAPM) is preferred.
• Minimum of two years project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to EPMO processes for managing projects.
• Develops and maintains project documentation and status reporting.
• Manages stakeholder expectations and communications.
• Oversees project lifecycles, scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Identifies risks, issues, and dependencies; drives mitigations.
• Supports continuous improvement and standardization across projects.
