Job summary

AMSURG is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple initiatives within the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) and coordinate cross-functional teams. This remote-first role supports executive strategy and company expansion.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of PM experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and PMI CAPM certification preferred. Tech proficiency includes MS Office, Visio, and Power BI to drive reporting and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• Minimum of two years of project management experience.
• PMI certification (CAPM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to EPMO processes for project management.
• Maintains project documentation and audit readiness.
• Builds relationships with team, vendors, and departments.
• Manages stakeholder expectations and customer satisfaction.
• Defines project scope, goals and deliverables with senior management.
• Develops progress reports, requirements documents, and presentations.
• Manages changes in scope and budget; contingency planning.
• Tracks dependencies and critical path.
