The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in labor and employment litigation, strong research and negotiation abilities, and a proven track record of successful case outcomes.
Qualifications
- JD degree from an accredited law school.
- 7+ years of labor and employment litigation experience in a law firm.
- Bar admission in good standing.
- Proven track record in labor and employment disputes.
- Strong research, analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; professional integrity.
Responsibilities
- Manage EPLI (Employment Practices Liability Insurance) matters.
- Conduct legal research and advise clients on labor and employment laws.
- Draft, review, and negotiate pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlements.
- Develop litigation strategies for cases.
- Advise clients on compliance with labor and employment laws.
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff for case management.
- Stay updated on changes in employment laws and educate clients.
