Qualifications

Responsibilities

• EpicCare Link support and management for external providers and host hospitals
• Enroll new ECL entities and set up new users
• Maintain customer records per HR and security procedures
• Handle ECL security requests and education requests
• Ambulatory clinical support tickets: triage, analyze, and resolve issues
