Job summary

ZipStaff is actively seeking an Epic Ambulatory Analyst to design, build, test, and support EpicCare Ambulatory workflows for outpatient clinical applications. The role requires current Epic Ambulatory certification and Epic CEE, with on-call coverage and strong collaboration with end users.

You will contribute to upgrades, training, documentation, and day-to-day production monitoring, while working remotely for our Eden Prairie, MN team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Epic application experience.
• Active/current Epic Ambulatory certification and Epic CEE.
• Experience with Ambulatory workflows: design, build, test, and training.
• Remote work aligned to Eden Prairie, MN team.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and test EpicCare Ambulatory workflows.
• Collaborate with end users to configure and enhance the Epic system.
• Lead small-to-medium Epic upgrade or workflow-enhancement projects.
• Participate in design and validation sessions; document and resolve issues.
• Provide clinical and technical consultation and on-call support.
• Monitor production applications daily.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and manage change control.
• Review new releases and troubleshoot end-user issues.
