Infinite Computer Solutions is seeking a remote EpicCare Link support specialist in the United States. The role focuses on maintaining and supporting EpicCare Link within a host hospital's Epic system, including enrollments, user setups, terminations, and security requests.

You will handle ambulatory clinical support tickets, triage issues, and resolve technical problems reported by end users to ensure smooth outpatient workflows.

Formación

• EpicCare Link support experience
• ECL new entity enrollments
• ECL new user setup and intake
• ECL terminations
• ECL maintenance of customer records per HR/security

Responsabilidades

• EpicCare Link support and management
• Coordinate care with host hospital's Epic EHR system
• Handle ECL enrollments and user setups
• Process ECL termination and data maintenance
• Submit ECL security requests and education requests
• Implement ECL enhancements/optimizations
• Triage and resolve ambulatory clinical help-desk tickets
• Resolve end-user technical issues for ambulatory clinicians
