Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Epic Ancillary EHR Builder/Analyst (Certified) for a 6-month, 100% remote US-based engagement.

The role focuses on Epic Willow pharmacy workflows, coordinating with the Pharmacy IT Application Owner to translate clinical and operational needs into precise requirements. The ideal candidate will hold Epic Willow Pharmacy certification, have 5–7 years in pharmacy IT analysis, and be proficient with HL7/FHIR interfaces, data, and reporting.

Competenze

5-7 years of experience in pharmacy business systems analysis or related pharmacy-focused technical role.
Epic Willow (Pharmacy) Certification is required.
Strong ability to elicit and document requirements and create build-ready artifacts.
Excellent communication skills translating between pharmacists and technical teams.
Experience with interface/integration concepts (HL7/FHIR) preferred.
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet).

Serve as the primary BA for Epic and Sentri 7 Pharmacy IT applications and related systems.
Translate operational and technical needs into clear requirements and design artifacts.
Lead working sessions, maintain documentation, and track decisions with stakeholders.
Provide SME guidance to ensure timely progression through project phases.
