Qualifications
- Hands-on experience building, configuring, and supporting Epic Willow.
- Willow Ambulatory certification – required.
- Willow Inventory certification – required.
- 3–5 years of application support experience.
- Experience serving as an application lead or technical lead.
Responsibilities
- Build, configure, maintain, and support Epic Willow apps for pharmacy operations.
- Analyze workflows to identify optimization opportunities and improve user experience.
- Translate business needs into practical Epic application solutions.
- Coordinate technical discussions and define requirements with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Mentor team members and promote structured problem solving in application support.
