A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking an Epic Willow Application Analyst/Builder to support Ambulatory Pharmacy in a fully remote, U.S.-based role. Must have hands‑on Willow configuration, Ambulatory and Inventory certifications, and lead application efforts across technical, clinical, and operational teams.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of application support, strong communication, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building, configuring, and supporting Epic applications.
• Epic Willow Ambulatory certification – required.
• Epic Willow Inventory certification – required.
• 3–5 years of application support experience.
• Experience serving as an application lead, technical lead, or equivalent team leadership role.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical, clinical, and operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, maintain, and support Epic Willow applications in alignment with pharmacy operations and business requirements.
• Evaluate existing application functionality and workflows to identify opportunities for optimization, improved efficiency, and a better end‑user experience.
• Translate business and operational needs into practical Epic application solutions.
• Coordinate technical discussions and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to define requirements, assess options, and recommend solutions.
• Serve in an application leadership capacity by helping prioritize work, guiding solution development, and supporting team decision‑making.
• Mentor team members and promote structured problem‑solving and consistent application support practices.
• Support application enhancements and change initiatives in a dynamic healthcare IT environment.
• Communicate technical recommendations clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
