Job summary

Tower Health in Reading, PA is seeking an Epic Willow Ambulatory Analyst to lead build, configuration, testing, and maintenance of the Willow Ambulatory module and related interfaces. The role is primarily remote with a strong preference for candidates in Eastern and Central time zones.

You will analyze processes, design and test integrations, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with IT staff and end users to improve patient safety and workflows.

Qualifications

• Epic Willow Ambulatory build experience required.
• Epic Willow Ambulatory certification or accreditation required.
• Excellent communication and customer-service oriented.
• Basic understanding of the Windows environment and eagerness to learn.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; combination of education and experience may substitute.
• Proven critical thinking, follow-through, and attention to detail.
