Job summary

IDR, Inc. is seeking an Epic Web Service Server Engineer to support remote opportunities with a major healthcare client.

You will configure, maintain, and support Epic Web Service Server environments, ensuring stability and security within a healthcare IT setting. You'll work with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot issues, and assist with certifications (Epic ECSA) to meet healthcare data standards and compliance requirements, while delivering reliable, compliant services in a remote

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare environment.
Current Epic ECSA certification is a hard requirement and must be held at the time of submission.
Additional Microsoft, Citrix, VMware, or CompTIA Server+ certifications are a plus.
Strong understanding of healthcare IT systems and healthcare data standards.

Responsibilities

Provide expertise in configuring, maintaining, and supporting Epic Web Service Server environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and compliance with healthcare standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to web services and server performance.
Support certification and compliance requirements, including Epic ECSA certification.
