Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Epic ECSA experience is highly desired
• Minimum 3 years IT experience with progressive responsibilities
• 2+ years in a healthcare environment preferred
• Experience in Web Services, Server Administration, Systems Engineering or Network Administration
• Understanding of OS concepts and file permissions
• PowerShell knowledge
• Ability to follow processes for maintenance procedures
• Detail-oriented with strong task prioritization under pressure
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork
• Familiar with HIPAA and healthcare regulations

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, maintain, install and deploy Epic technologies
• Support Epic technical infrastructure across hardware, software, networks and data architectures
• Contribute to capacity planning, system performance and configuration management
• Provide consulting to Epic development teams on standards and best practices
• Establish and promote Epic architectures and components
