Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IS, Healthcare, or related field.
• Associate's degree + 2 years of relevant experience may substitute for Bachelor's degree.
• Active Epic Certification in Resolute Professional Billing is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience building within Epic Resolute Professional Billing.
• Strong knowledge of application support, development, and healthcare workflows.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, configure, build, test, implement and maintain Epic Resolute Professional Billing components.
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, interfaces, and databases across the system.
• Monitor system performance and conduct QA/integration testing.
• Develop and maintain build documentation for specifications.
• Mentor Analyst I team members and provide 24/7 on-call support as needed.
