Job summary

Moffitt Cancer Center is seeking an Epic Resolute Clinical Applications Analyst II in the Revenue Cycle space. This mid-level role designs, implements, and supports Epic Resolute Professional Billing workflows to improve patient care and billing accuracy.

The position includes mentoring junior staff, on-call rotations, and collaboration across clinical and operational teams. Travel to the Tampa location may be required monthly.

Qualifications

• Active Epic Certification in Resolute Professional Billing is required.
• 3 years of applicable system build experience within Epic Resolute Professional Billing module.
• Minimum education as stated; equivalence considered with experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, configure, build, test, implement and maintain Epic Resolute modules.
• Troubleshoot issues across software, hardware, interfaces and databases.
• Monitor system performance and ensure reliability.
• Perform QA and integrated testing per standards.
• Develop reporting and enhancements to support priorities.
• Document build specifications and system changes.
• Mentor Analyst I team members on technical tasks.
• Provide 24/7 operational support and participate in on-call rotations.
