Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Epic PB Charge Analyst for a fully remote contract supporting a large Epic deployment in healthcare. The role focuses on build, validation, testing, and optimization of charge workflows across a multi-hospital system, with emphasis on Charge Router and Professional Billing components.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of Epic PB experience and Epic PB certifications, plus strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills to partner with operational

Qualifications

• Epic PB and charging certifications completed.
• 2–5 years of Epic Professional Billing implementation experience.
• Experience with build, validation, and testing in Epic PB environments.

Responsibilities

• Configure, build, and support Epic Professional Billing charging workflows.
• Develop and maintain Workqueue rules and related build.
• Perform fee schedule build, updates, and ongoing maintenance.
• Configure and support Charge Router workflows.
• Complete SER record updates and maintenance activities.
• Support professional coding workflows and charge reconciliation processes.
• Participate in system testing, validation, issue resolution, and go-live readiness.
