Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Epic Professional Billing (PB) Analyst for a fully remote contract role in the Providence, RI area. The analyst will support Epic PB operations, PB claims, and Community Connect with a focus on accurate charge routing, GL integrations, and revenue cycle processes.

Ideal candidates will hold Epic PB Certification and have hands-on experience with SBO workflows, patient estimates, and complex healthcare billing environments.

• Epic PB Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Support Epic PB operations, enhancements, and optimization efforts.
• Manage and maintain charge routing workflows for accurate billing and revenue capture.
• Provide support for financial integrations and workflows (GL, SBO, financial systems).
• Assist with Community Connect PB support and client needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
• Participate in large-scale projects involving financial system dependencies and upgrades.
• Analyze workflows and recommend process improvements for billing accuracy and efficiency.
