Responsibilities

Support and maintain Epic PB applications.
Troubleshoot system and production issues and help identify solutions.
Assist with Epic upgrades, testing, implementations, and system maintenance.
Help improve application performance and functionality.
Support application enhancements and ongoing production needs.
Assist with reports, system documentation, and testing.
Work closely with technical, operational, and healthcare teams.
Follow established change management and documentation processes.
Stay up to date on Epic enhancements and healthcare technology best practices.
