Qualifications

• Hands-on experience required in Epic Resolute Professional Billing.
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle workflows.
• Experience with claim edits, remittance posting, and reimbursement processes.

Responsibilities

• Support Epic Resolute PB workflows and system optimization.
• Configure charge capture workflows and billing indicator settings.
• Troubleshoot billing system issues and optimize workflows.
• Develop Reporting Workbench reports and support integrations.

Skills

Epic Resolute Professional Billing build and support experience

Understanding of professional billing and revenue cycle workflows

Experience with claims management and denial workflows

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Experience with Reporting Workbench reporting
