Job summary

T2 Flex, part of T2 Group, is hiring an Epic Patient Scheduler to support hospitals, healthcare networks and physician practices. The role emphasizes high-volume call handling, HIPAA compliance and accurate data entry for scheduling, registration and patient access services.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, detail-orientation, and experience navigating Epic workflows. This is a remote, full-time W-2 position with salary paid hourly and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in a customer-facing role.
• Experience with Epic scheduling, registration and patient access workflows.
• Ability to handle high-volume calls with accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Collect patient information for scheduling, pre-registration and insurance verification.
• Answer, screen, and process requests and inquiries per HIPAA and HITECH policies.
• Enter demographic, clinical and billing information accurately.
• Explain processes and required documentation to callers clearly.
• Collect copays and payment information as needed.
• Process information according to client policies and procedures.
• Provide professional, compassionate, concierge-like service to patients.
• Work 7am–7pm EST, 40 hours per week, in a remote setup.
