Job summary

T2 Flex, part of the T2 Group, is hiring Epic Patient Scheduler for a remote, full-time role serving hospitals and health systems. You’ll manage scheduling, registrations, and patient access, upholding HIPAA standards and delivering high-quality patient service.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree preferred and 1–3 years in customer service, with strong detail orientation and Epic workflow experience.

Responsibilities

• Collect patient information including scheduling, pre-registration, and insurance verification.
• Answer, screen, and process inquiries per HIPAA/HITECH policies.
• Enter demographic, clinical, and billing information accurately.
• Explain forms and procedures to callers, ensuring document requirements are understood.
• Process information per client policies and procedures.
• Provide professional, compassionate, concierge-like service to patients.
• Available for 7am–7pm EST, 10+ calls per hour; full-time schedule (40 hrs/wk).
