Job summary
Everforth Apex is seeking an experienced Epic OpTime/Anesthesia Analyst to support ongoing maintenance, upgrades, and operational support in a healthcare setting. This role focuses on prioritizing projects, resolving complex issues, and optimizing OpTime and Anesthesia workflows.
You will manage tickets, perform configuration and testing, collaborate with clinicians and operations, and ensure changes follow established processes.
Qualifications
- Epic OpTime/Anesthesia certification required.
- Experience supporting Epic applications in healthcare.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach.
Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize support tickets and service requests.
- Perform Epic OpTime/Anesthesia configuration and maintenance.
- Support Epic upgrades, enhancements, and testing.
- Participate in project work for system optimization.
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed.
- Document processes and follow change management.
- Collaborate with clinical/stakeholders to support business needs.
- Maintain system stability through routine maintenance.
