Job summary

Orlando Health is seeking an Epic Products Analyst to provide direct Epic application support across the software development life cycle. The role focuses on EPIC OpTIme Anesthesia configuration, testing, and maintenance while aligning with enterprise needs.

The successful candidate will analyze operations, collaborate with teams, and participate in upgrades and security considerations to protect patient information. This is a remote role with travel as needed and CST hours.

Qualifications

• Epic certification in primary build within six months.
• Two+ years in healthcare operations or IT related roles.
• Experience with Epic or other EHR software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review end-user performance and workflow issues; identify enhancements.
• Perform data collection, reporting, and issue investigation for Epic modules.
• Coordinate software upgrades, testing, and releases and coordinate with stakeholders.
