Job summary

enGen seeks a highly motivated Epic OpTime Analyst to join our Epic OpTime and Anesthesia team. The role focuses on configuring, rolling out, and supporting Epic OpTime systems, with strong emphasis on perioperative workflows and end-user collaboration.

Experience with Epic OpTime modules is preferred but not required at hire. Remote-based position with potential travel; 3 years in healthcare and Epic experience are desired. Certification within 6 months is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required or 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
• Epic OpTime certification within 6 months preferred.
• 3 years of systems administration experience in one or more Epic modules.
• 3 years healthcare industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support for periop departments using Epic OpTime.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to translate needs into Epic OpTime solutions.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, and implementation for Epic OpTime.
• Identify opportunities to improve perioperative efficiency.
• Plan, design, test, and support Epic software workflows.
• Maintain documentation/training for application implementations.
