The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Epic experience, Epic Optime/Anesthesia certification, and strong problem-solving and communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, healthcare informatics, business, or related field.
• Epic Optime/Anesthesia certification is required.
• Additional Epic certifications in other clinical modules are preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Epic applications in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize application configuration and functionality.
• Serve as the primary support contact for end users of the Epic system.
• Lead design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the Epic Optime/Anesthesia module.
• Conduct workflow analysis and assess impact of changes to the Epic environment.
• Lead upgrades, enhancements, and integrations of the Epic system.
• Mentor junior analysts in problem resolution and operations.
• Maintain clear communication with team members and stakeholders.
