Job summary

enGen seeks a highly motivated Epic OpTime Analyst to join our combined Epic OpTime and Anesthesia team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of perioperative workflows and experience with Epic OpTime and/or Anesthesia modules.

While Epic OpTime certification is preferred, it is not required at hire. The role involves configuring, rolling out, and supporting Epic applications, including business/systems analysis, requirements definition, and documentation.

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Epic OpTime certification is preferred but not required at time of hire.
• Strong understanding of perioperative workflows and Epic OpTime/Anesthesia modules.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support for perioperative departments leveraging Epic OpTime.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to translate needs into Epic OpTime solutions.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, and implementation for Epic OpTime.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in perioperative/surgical areas.
• Plan, design, test, and support Epic software implementations.
• Create and maintain documentation and training materials for Epic applications.
