Job summary

Tanner is seeking an Epic MyChart Analyst for a fully remote role in the United States. The Analyst II serves as the primary support contact for the MyChart application and coordinates project issues across assigned areas, leveraging knowledge of organizational policies and operations.

Qualifications include Epic certification(s) preferred, a high school diploma or GED, and a bachelor's degree is preferred. Some Epic certifications/Badges may be required or pursued within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Current Epic certification(s) or accreditation in area of support preferred; if not obtained, certification within 90 days.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Additional Epic Certifications or Accreditations and Badges preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• The Analyst II is the primary support contact for the Epic MyChart application.
• They coordinate all issues that arise during the project for their application areas and must know policies, procedures, and business operations.
