Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an Epic MyChart IT Specialty Analyst to support design, build, testing, deployment, and optimization of patient-facing digital workflows. The role collaborates across MyChart, access, ambulatory, revenue cycle, security, and integration teams to improve patient experience while maintaining platform stability.

The position is a remote, contract-to-hire opportunity based out of Norfolk, VA with Epic MyChart expertise and certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Epic MyChart build, configuration, testing, upgrade, and production-support experience.
• Current Epic certification or demonstrated certification history in MyChart or related Epic patient engagement application.
• Candidate must be eligible to maintain required credentials.

Responsibilities

• Configure, build, test, deploy, and optimize Epic MyChart and related patient engagement capabilities.
• Assess current and future-state workflows; document requirements, decisions, test plans, build specifications, and support procedures.
• Coordinate testing and implementation with application and operational partners.
• Investigate and resolve escalated incidents, defects, access issues, integration failures, and recurring problems.
