Tanner Health is seeking an Analyst II to serve as the primary support contact for the assigned application. You will coordinate all issues that arise during projects within your application areas and must be highly knowledgeable about the organization’s policies, procedures, and business operations.

The role requires two years of related experience with a strong understanding of Epic certifications and accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Two years of related experience.
• Epic certification(s) preferred and must be kept current or obtained within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Analyst II is the primary support contact for the application.
• Coordinates all issues that arise during the project for their application areas.
• Keeps knowledge of organizational policies, procedures, and operations to support effective problem resolution.
