Tanner seeks an Epic Analyst II for AMB, Bones, MyChart in Information Tech. The Analyst serves as the primary contact for the application, coordinating all issues during upgrades and implementations while following organizational policies and business operations.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and two years of related experience. Epic certification in the area of support is preferred; a Bachelor’s degree and additional Epic certifications are a plus.

• Two years of related experience. Requires working knowledge of specialized practices, equipment, and procedures.
• Epic certification in area of support is preferred; additional Epic certifications encouraged but not required.

Responsabilidades

• The Analyst II is the primary support contact for the application. They coordinate all issues that arise during the project for their application areas and must be very knowledgeable about the organization's policies, procedures, and business operations.
