Job summary

Texas Health Resources is seeking an Epic MyChart Analyst III to support IT MyChart solutions from a primarily remote location in Texas. The role requires Epic MyChart experience and Epic Certification, with opportunities to mentor ASAs across projects and improve clinical workflows.

Responsibilities include building and testing MyChart tools, integrating with clinical processes, and ensuring secure, stable architectures.

Qualifications

• Epic Certification is required.
• Epic MyChart Certification is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Business/clinical field or related (Preferred).
• 7 years of relevant experience with no degree OR 5 years with Associate’s degree OR 3 years with Bachelor’s degree.
• 5 years of Epic MyChart experience (Highly Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Build applications to meet user requirements for new workflows.
• Communicate with customers, project team and vendors in analysis and design of requirements.
• Diagnose failures in applications and related technologies.
• Quality control of implementations before release; provide ongoing support.
• Maintain awareness of vendor/industry developments and document items.
