Job summary

Talantir is seeking an HIM/Identity Principal Trainer for a remote, long-term engagement. The role requires Epic certifications and extensive experience delivering HIM/Identity training across full implementations from pilot to customer build.

You will develop and maintain role-based training content, collaborate with SMEs, and support MST environment testing and training delivery to state staff and end users.

Qualifications

• Certification in HIM/Identity Epic applications is required.
• Experience managing a full implementation from pilot to customer build.
• MST build certification for HIM/Identity is preferred.
• Proven track record as principal trainer in healthcare IT.

Responsibilities

• Develop role-based training content using Microsoft Office and other tools.
• Design, develop and maintain instructional materials.
• Maintain policy and procedure documentation.
• Incorporate feedback into training and administration procedures.
• Learn new content and collaborate with subject matter experts to develop materials.
• Assist with building and testing MST training environments and provide support.
• Co-facilitate classroom instruction and assist with exercises as needed.
• Prepare training lessons, materials, and set up training rooms.
• Present information clearly in both spoken and written forms.
• Follow up with trainees to offer additional support.
• Serve as expert educator to state staff.
• Train and credential additional classroom trainers as needed (train-the-trainer).
• Support curriculum and training development for third-party applications as needed.
