Job summary

Talantir is seeking an Epic Principal Trainer certified in Grand Central, Prelude, and Cadence for a 12+ month remote role with NC DHHS. The trainer will manage the Patient Access training plan for an EHR implementation and will develop role-based content, training environments, and materials.

The role requires expert proficiency with EPIC modules, classroom facilitation, and the ability to credential other trainers, as well as collaboration with state staff and subject-matter experts.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be certified as Principal Trainer for assigned EPIC applications.
• Expert Epic Principal Trainer for Patient Access per NC DHHS engagement.
• Certification in Grand Central, Prelude, Cadence modules and related trainer credentials.
