Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an Epic Grand Central Analyst (Level 3) focused on Prelude. This fully remote role emphasizes Prelude configuration, real-time eligibility, documents, work queues, and rules, with occasional on-site attendance for major go-lives.

You will support and enhance a multi-hospital Epic environment and collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT teams. Qualified candidates hold current Epic Grand Central and Prelude certifications and can manage high volumes of Prelude tickets

Qualifications

• Current Epic Grand Central certification.
• Current Epic Prelude certification.
• Experience building and configuring Epic Prelude (RTE, documents, registration, work queues, rules).
• Proven ability to manage and resolve high-volume Prelude tickets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for registration workflows.
• Ability to work remotely with distributed teams.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Configure, build, and maintain Epic Prelude functionality (RTE, docs, reg, queues, rules).
• Support Epic Grand Central functionality as a certified analyst.
• Analyze, prioritize, and resolve incoming tickets with Prelude focus.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders on Epic builds.
• Participate in project work including go-lives and optimization initiatives.
• Ensure build quality and system stability per change management processes.
• Provide SME for registration and patient access workflows.
