Job summary

Prominence is seeking a senior Epic Grand Central analyst for a California-based health system on a one-year engagement. You will own Charge RTE and Prelude builds, deliver new requests, optimize workflows, and advise on integration projects across the health system.

You will troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize existing applications while designing, building, testing, and supporting new modules within your portfolio.

Qualifications

• Current Epic Grand Central certification is required.
• Current Epic Prelude certification is required.
• At least 4 years of Epic Grand Central/Prelude experience.
• Hands-on build experience across tickets, projects, upgrades, and go-lives.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and maintain Epic Grand Central and Prelude with a focus on Charge RTE workflows.
• Analyze and implement new build requests from business owners and stakeholders.
• Identify and deliver optimizations to registration, ADT, and eligibility workflows.
• Troubleshoot incidents and service requests within agreed service levels.
• Provide input and build support for integration projects across the health system.
• Design, build, test, and document new functionality; support upgrades and go-lives.
