Job summary

NurseRemotely seeks an EMR support analyst to pursue Epic certifications and deliver ongoing system configuration, testing, and user training. You will collaborate with analysts and managers to gather data, document work, and implement approved builds while supporting on-call tasks for EMR environments.

With guidance, you will communicate with clinical and non-clinical staff, follow policy guidelines, and help ensure timely delivery of changes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Associate Degree preferred, or equivalent work experience required in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to learn new concepts and apply them to daily tasks.
• Detailed oriented, strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot, investigate and solve issues related to the technical components of the system.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/maintain one or more Epic Certifications.
• Submit weekly work plans with daily updates on execution status to team leads/manager.
• Document all work efforts to support audit reviews.
• Support remote end users and/or assist users remotely.
