Job summary

Interon IT Solutions seeks a Clinical Informatics Epic Analyst to coordinate, optimize, and maintain EHR systems with a primary focus on Epic. This role works with clinical and administrative teams to ensure the EHR supports providers and enhances patient care.

The candidate will configure Epic modules, analyze workflows, train users, and develop reports to support data-driven decisions and regulatory compliance, collaborating with Risant Health and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum five years in clinical/healthcare IT or informatics.
• At least two years hands-on with Epic.
• Experience with Epic modules: Ambulatory, Inpatient/ClinDoc, Cadence, MyChart, Healthy Planet, Compass Rose.

Responsibilities

• Epic system management: plan, design, and configure Epic EHR modules.
• Workflow optimization: analyze workflows and translate needs into configurations.
• Training & user support: provide training, documentation, and troubleshooting for Epic apps.
• Data reporting & compliance: create reports/dashboards for decision-making and regulatory needs.
• Cross-team collaboration: coordinate with Risant Health and IT teams to close gaps.
