Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience supporting Epic build, maintenance, and testing.
- Working knowledge of clinical Epic workflows.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience collaborating with interface teams and vendors.
- Understanding HIPAA and healthcare IT regulations.
Responsibilities
- Resolve escalated incidents in Cupid and interface issues.
- Execute break/fix changes, testing, and QA activities.
- Support maintenance, patches, and regulatory changes.
- Manage service requests, backlog, and reporting.
- Collaborate with vendor support for resolution and enhancements.
- Maintain and update documentation including guides and specs.
- Monitor data quality and integrity within Cupid.
- Perform root cause analysis and detect trends in tickets.
- Provide knowledge transfer to Tier 1 analysts.
