Job summary

Presbyterian Healthcare Services in Albuquerque, NM seeks a Remote Expert EPIC Configuration Analyst (Willow). You will apply deep Epic system knowledge to tailor workflows for our health system and collaborate with Epic SMEs and end users to optimize the platform.

The role includes design, build, testing, and on-call support, plus analysis of incidents, upgrades, and enhancements. Hybrid in-office expectation for local candidates; remote applicants nationwide are considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of IT or business experience.
• 3 years of Epic specific experience.
• Epic certification in supporting Epic applications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workflows and data for Epic software enhancements.
• Provide tier-2 support for incidents with on-call coverage as required.
• Develop requirements, test scripts, and validate changes across Epic modules.
• Modify Epic records and master files to support design and changes.
• Collaborate across teams and maintain meeting records.
