The ideal candidate has Epic-specific experience and a bachelor’s degree with 3 years IT or business background. Remote work is available across the United States with hybrid in-office expectations for certain locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years IT or business experience.
• 3 years of Epic specific experience.
• Epic certification in supporting application plus additional proficiency in related area.

Responsibilities

• In-depth knowledge of Epic System software and tailoring the system to meet organizational needs.
• Provide tier-2 support of application incidents, including 24/7 on-call coverage as required.
• Develop and maintain requirements, test cases, and scripts for new or enhanced functionality.
