Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of IT or business experience.
• 3 years of Epic specific experience.
• Epic certified in supporting application plus proficiency in related area.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier-2 support of Epic incidents reported through the help desk, including on-call coverage.
• Analyze incidents, enhancements, upgrades, and projects with cross-team collaboration.
• Develop requirements, specifications, and test cases for new or enhanced Epic functionality.
• Create and modify Epic records, tables, and master files to support design changes.
