Inova Health System seeks an EPIC Certified Systems Analyst Sr to join the EPIC ClinDoc team. This full-time daytime role is fully remote, with eligibility for remote work across VA, MD, DC, and additional states, and requires standard office hours Monday to Friday.

Key duties include implementing and maintaining EpicCare systems, evaluating releases, coordinating updates, testing phases, and leading complex IT projects to support clinical workflows in a compliant environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree OR 4 years relevant professional experience.
• 3 years Epic build and implementation experience.
• EPIC ClinDoc certification required on start.

Responsabilidades

• Implements and maintains EpicCare systems and databases to ensure optimum performance.
• Defines modifications to application software or databases to address system functions or enhancements.
• Facilitates Epic updates, new releases and system enhancements; manages testing and project scoping.
• Manages complex IT projects using EpicCare to meet business needs.
• Coordinates vendor demos, site visits and reference calls.
• Develops team training and mentoring activities.
