Job summary

Inova Health System is seeking an EPIC Certified Systems Analyst Sr to join the EPIC ClinDoc team. This full-time, days position is fully remote with eligibility for in-state remote work in VA, MD, DC, DE, FL, GA, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, WV.

The role focuses on implementing and maintaining EpicCare systems, analyzing releases, and guiding workflow improvements while coordinating testing and project scoping.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years Epic build and implementation experience.
• EPIC ClinDoc certification required or needed upon start.

Responsibilities

• Implements and maintains EpicCare systems and databases to ensure optimum performance.
• Analyzes new releases and assesses impact on workflow.
• Defines modifications to application software or databases to address system functions or enhancements.
• Facilitates Epic updates, new releases and system enhancements; manages testing phases and supports project management.
• Manages complex IT projects using the EpicCare solution to meet business needs.
• Coordinates vendor demos, site visits, and reference calls; mentors team members.
