Job summary

Inova Health System is seeking an EPIC Certified Systems Analyst Sr to join the EPIC ClinDoc team. This full-time position offers dayshift hours and is fully remote for eligible locations in VA, MD, DC, DE, FL, GA, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, and WV.

The role emphasizes EpicCare system analysis, upgrades, and project leadership to deliver automated solutions that meet business needs. Strong EpicClinDoc certification is required on start.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years relevant professional experience.
• 3 years of Epic build and implementation experience.
• EPIC ClinDoc certification required at start.

Responsibilities

• Implements and maintains EpicCare systems and databases; analyzes new releases and impacts on workflow.
• Defines modifications to applications or databases to address system functions or enhancements.
• Guides Epic updates, releases and system enhancements; manages testing phases with Lead/PM involvement.
• Manages complex IT projects using the EpicCare solution to meet business needs.
• Initiates issues for resolution and communicates status to management.
• Conducts system reviews to determine feasibility, cost, and usefulness; coordinates vendor demos.
